209-ball vs. 165 ball QDR II 40% Space Savings

The addition of QDRII and DDRII's enhanced features boost the overall performance to an amazing 333 MHz clock speed.

Plus, The 165-ball FBGA offers a 40-percent space savings over traditional 209-ball pBGA or 100-pin TQFP packages.

This package is also defined for density migration through 72Mb, and clamshell applications.
